I'm betting this honey is unlike any you've ever tasted.
This is our second year catching wild swarms of honey bees native to our region and rehoming them to our farm. We plant a variety of cover crops for them and our soil, and they help pollenate our crops. They even share a little of their honey with us to say 'thanks'!
